The strategy is pretty strightforward. Fry the board and players. There is no creature in this deck except for ramp and wipe. Key spells in the deck :

The signature spell is change-able between PoP or Fiery confluence, depends on meta. My meta usually play 2-3 color deck, which makes PoP get more value in late game and cheaper to cast/recast.
