Have you ever picked up a card, read it's description and decided to build a deck around it? Well for me, that card happened to be Malefic Scythe!!

Generally the deck is built around this fun equipment card with lots of humans to sacrifice. Tons of removal options with 4xDire Tactics, 2xDespark, 2xMortify and 3xHigh Priest of Penance.

Lots of cards that spawn tokens or return back to the battlefield which become great fodder for the scythe: 1xImmortal Servitude, 3xOketra's Monument, 3ximpervious oligarch, 2xOketra the True and 2xXathrid Necromancer.

Target removal 11x:

4x Dire Tactics

2x Despark

2x Mortify

3x High Priest of Penance.

Spawns tokens 6x:

3x Oketra's Monument: every creature is either white or WB which will trigger very often

2x Xathrid Necromancer: most of the creatures are human which will trigger zombie tokens

1x Oketra the True: spawns tokens and makes a great blocker

Sacrifice engine 7x:

2x Witch's Cauldron: life gain and draw power

1x General Kudro of Drannith: kills big things

1x Stitcher's Graft: eats your own creatures

2x Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim: gain life

Fun combos:

Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim + Malefic Scythe, equip to token, eat token, equip to token, eat token etc...

Auriok Bladewarden + Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim, boost token and sacrifice it
