This deck uses lots of counterspells and Narset, Parter of Veils as the commander to make our opponent(s) run out of steam quickly, then eventually closes the game with Nezahal, Primal Tide and a couple of mill enchantments as a backup. Enhanced Surveillance is in the deck to ensure that we don't mill ourselves out, and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries aids with card advantage, the mill wincon, and as a safeguard in the unlikely scenario that we draw enough cards that we mill ourselves out anyway. Additionally, this deck is incredibly consistent (I think) at finding counterspells and draw spells quickly, as Narset can come down on turn 3 and immediately start digging for the resources that we need, should we not have them in our opening hand.
