This is a modern combo deck that focuses on three new cards from MH1 and MH2 that have allowed this architype to exist. Goblin Bombardment and alter of dementia are sac outlets that in themselves win the game with either mill or damage if they can have infinite creatures to sacrifice. You gain infinite creatures to sacrifice by having either Melira, Sylvok Outcast or Grumgully, the Generous on the field, or by having cast First Day of Class the turn you go for the win, as well as any persist creature (such as Putrid Goblin or Safehold Elite). By assembling the trio of sac outlet, persist creature, and enabler, you will win the game sans instant speed interaction.

This deck is capable of a turn 3 win with Aether Vial turn 1, either sac outlet on turn 2, and then vialing in any of the 2 mana persist creatures or Melira, and then casting the other part of the trio.

• • I've changed the deck list to include Grumgully, the Generous as well as aether vial (in the place of Ignoble Hierarch and Strike it Rich ) to dodge potential chalice that is unbeatable g1. As well, i've replaced Persist with Unearth because it is strictly better in every way in this deck and I feel like a fool for not including it initially. * *
