A friend of mine suggested that we make an EDH pauper deck, because why not. The commander could be either a common or uncommon, but the deck itself has to follow normal pauper rules. With the deck itself, I'm going to try and commander damage my opponent/s to death by making my opponents not able to block and getting double strike on the Hatchling.
