We're gonna get us some hickory coals burning down here in Amonkhet and have us a barbecue of all them tasty critters.

C'mon, show some love.

The idea here is fairly simple.

Tap Thermo-Alchemist then hit your Opponent's Creatures with Instants and Sorceries to repeatedly untap and retap him.

Most of the time you will will tap/untap Thermo-Alchemist during your Turn, as that is when you will play most of your spells.

Burn/kill your Opponent's Creatures on your first Main Phase, then hit with buffed up Prowess Creatures.

NOTES

  • Sweltering Suns won't kill the bulk of your Prowess Creatures, as they will be 4 Toughness on cast.

  • If someone deals 3 damage to one of your Prowess Creatures you can target a different Creature with Magma Spray, making sure it's at least 3 Toughness. Then you can save the Creature dealt 3 damage, as its Toughness will now be 4.

  • Sweltering Suns is better than Yahenni's Expertise as it doesn't reduce Prowess damage.
