I don't run enough creatures to make his +1 useful. 2 -2's and he dies and the ultimate while nice is a pipe dream for my deck, he would never hit that point unless dropped with Doubling Season

Child of Alara could potentially be a better commander because it could be a back-up plan if something went wrong and there's too many creatures on the board.

Yes, but it takes my walkers too. I would rather have the back up Mana Echoes + Sliver Queen flood win.

If you wanted more protection from forced sacrifice like All Is Dust or creatures with Annihilator, you could try adding Sigarda, Host of Herons. That's all I can really think of. I like the look of this deck, all your superfriends get a +1 from me!

Your deck is playing some enchantress themes. Have you considered Plea for Guidance? Perhaps Brainspoil to tutor for Doubling Season?

Thank you for the +1. As for Plea for Guidance and Brainspoil both are a bit too high in the cmc range, I really want to drop the deck below 4 overall cmc.

Needs Venser, the Sojourner because you can bounce the walkers to regain the counters and the interaction is awesome with Doubling Season. Enlightened Tutor to fetch important enchantments. Eternal Witness is all around utility and synergizes with venser. I also suggest Opalescence and Enchanted Evening. Lastly, Jace, Architect of Thought because Doubling Season.

Venser, the Sojourner got cut for being underwhelming. Eternal Witness for a less creature oriented theme, may go back. Enchanted Evening + Opalescence got cut for speed, may go back. Jace, Architect of Thought was already in the deck.

What's the plan for tapping the mighty Gilder Bairn ?

Ral Zarek and Tamiyo, the Moon Sage usually. He truly is mighty but I don't have much of a use for the conventional tappers with so few creatures. Any ideas for an enchantment or artifact to fit the theme?

Paradox Haze is pretty good as it lets you grab 2 enchantments on your Enduring Ideal. Also if you have Opalescence and Enchanted Evening it destroys all lands. Which you shouldn't care about if you have Enduring Ideal out.

Excellent Suggestions

You need some enchantresses to draw cards. Eidolon of Blossoms, Argothian Enchantress, Enchantress's Presence, and Mesa Enchantress are some good ones. You could also run Mystic Remora and Rhystic Study for more card draw. Mirri's Guile is like a secondary Sylvan Library. Thassa, God of the Sea's scry ability could also be useful.

Mirari's Wake and Mana Reflection can double your mana for Sliver generation.

I will consider the enchantresses and Rhystic Study is on the maybeboard but the ramp enchantments are less useful as this is more Enduring Ideal than slivers, they are just a backup and the Mana Echoes + Sliver Queen already goes infinite. Thanks for the comments!

Enchanted Evening + Sphere of Safety is a hilarious combo.

Why not run Purphoros, God of the Forge? Then you have a very quick and easy win condition with your Commander + Mana Echoes. Also, You might want to consider Zombie Infestation - Once you cast Enduring Ideal you can get it and Wheel of Sun and Moon to recycle any cards from your hand back into your library without needing to draw into Scroll Rack. Plus it gets you creatures.

Theres no reason to be playing Rule of Law over Arcane Laboratory, because they are functionally the same, except for the fact that Arcane Laboratory pitches to Force of Will.
