PapLaRiviere It's fine. Lol.
I think you could do without some of the worse rebels like
Jhovall Rider
. Since half the time your creatures are coming out by tutoring with Lin Sivvi (in my deck at least) and that the "bad rebels" are probably never going to be tutored out, I just don't see a point to them. For that same reason, in my local groups,
Lightbringer
and
Lawbringer
haven't been very good either and I've had to take them out too.
In general, my deck has been playing well. I haven't been able to get many games in lately since It's a paper list. I've tried to turn friends onto programs like cockatrice, but it hasn't been an easy switch for them. I have to admit that a lot of the games I've got in have just been 1v1, but it's performed very well in those games. Protecting Lin Sivvi is a big chore though. I've been wondering if I shouldn't devote more of the deck to protecting him. I need a copy of Teferi's Protection as well.

Glad to see another Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero Deck out there. +1 form me. Maybe you want to have a look at my deck: Lin Sivvi's Rebels. Some suggestions from me:
- Illusionist's Bracers works wonders on Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero but maybe you don't need it.
- Pearl Medallion is awesome in mono white deck and I would run it above Sol Ring
- Norn's Annex is a great control peace.
- Distorting Lens is good with Lawbringer and Lightbringer but a bit slow.
- Slaughter the Strong and Dusk / Dawn a other good massremoval options.

Lin Sivvi, leader of the angel rebellion

Here some suggestion:
Removal:
Crib Swap (work well with the second ability of Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero ) and replace Celestial Flare
Condemn and replace Dispense Justice
Swords to Plowshares and replace Glimpse the Sun God
Rebels:
Ramosian Revivalist and replace High Sentinels of Arashin i think it will be better in youre Marath deck.
Mirror Entity and replace Hundred-Handed One
Changeling Hero and replace Pious Warrior
Theyre other humans you could replace for theses rebels. Keep them in youre maybebord for now Lawbringer Ballista Squad Lightbringer
Mana Ramp: (try other cards first, just put them in you're maybebord) Knight of the White Orchid Burnished Hart Gift of Estates
Humans: Crovax, Ascendant Hero and replace Salvage Scout
Angels: Reya Dawnbringer and replace Kytheon's Irregulars
Lands: ( replace 5 plains for those cards)
Emeria, The Sky Ruin (that cards worth it money in a mono white)

Rebel Rebel, How Could They Know?

First off, I appreciate a David Bowie reference, so hats off for that.
I think Vanquisher's Banner is a card worth considering--card draw is always nifty, particularly if you do not have access to blue. I might be inclined to cut Glorious Anthem. While Vanquisher's Banner is a bit more expensive to cast, I think the added draws are worth the two extra mana, particularly as you already have a number of more efficient three mana +1/+1 enchantments. Alternatively, you might want to cut Coat of Arms if your playgroup has many tribal decks. Coat of Arms can be is a fantastic win condition, but I have been in situations where it rots in my hand, as the risk of playing it is far too large.
I agree you should cut Lightbringer and Lawbringer. Unless you have given them haste or have Thousand-Year Elixir in play, they are sitting around for a turn before you can use your exile effect. As their very limited use telegraphs your intentions, and as black/red decks often have pesky creature removal spells, I could see recurring them an often-fruitless endeavor. That said, you know your local playgroup better than I, and whether this highly specific removal is necessary.

I'd be hesitant to cut Lightbringer or Lawbringer, due to the ability to keep cycling them with Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero.

Can you have Blind Obedience in your deck since it has a black/white color identity? Or is that wrong? Also I am building a rebels EDH because they are my favorite tribe and there are some awesome combos with it. First some great cards to add: Story Circle, Reverent Mantra, and Cho-Manno's Blessing. Combos: Pariah on Cho-Manno, Revolutionary is awesome. And my favorite is Lawbringer/Lightbringer with Distorting Lens/Scuttlemutt. With your commander it's 6 generic manna to exile any creature. Throw in an Enlightened Tutor to help and it can be a blast. People do not see it coming.
