Nice deck! I have one that started out quite similar that I have made a few changes to over the years, Modern Slivers.
When Cloudshredder Sliver came out a couple of years ago, I put it in the deck replacing one of the Blur Sliver s - this gives you both a haste and a flight enabler at a reduced cmc. One could prolly make a decent argument to replace the 2d Blur Sliver for a Cloudshredder Sliver as well.
I also found the mana balance to be a little out of balance, so I removed a couple of black resources and added a couple of green mana producing lands.
