You may want to consider some "mana dorks" for your commander in the way of easy-to-cast, different colored token creatures:
Also, there are some interaction-related convoke spells which are probably worth subbing in over other non-convoke options:
Depending on the direction you want to take, there are some cards which support a swarm strategy:
- Nadir Kraken pairs nicely with your extra card draw, and generates rare blue creature tokens for blue-color convoke mana.
- The Locust God god is nice for continual token gen, and again synergizes with your extra card draw while providing uncommon blue creature tokens.
- Oketra's Monument is nice in decks with a lot of white creatures, like yours, and adds continuous white token generation.
- Seraph of the Masses becomes a huge body that can just delete opponents without flying/reach blockers.
- Sublime Archangel can let swarm decks keep up pressure on opponents, even while you ramp. Throw out a random 8/8 token once per turn or whatever, forcing your opponents to deal with it, and it itself can become huge with Flying.
- Moonshaker Cavalry is basically a white version of Craterhoof Behemoth. One turn swing for the win.
- Massive Raid is a single-target bomb which uses your army of weenies, but doesn't cost much mana.
- Arabella, Abandoned Doll is a great bomb once you have a big board of weenies. Build up like 30 tokens or whatever, swing with Arabella and the swarm, kill the table. Or at a minimum deal a bunch of damage and gain a bunch of life.
- Divine Visitation is a non-bo with Arabella, but the upside is definitely worth it. Upgrade the token army.
- Angelic Aberration is similar but provides one-time additional ETB triggers if you lean into that more.
- Molten Gatekeeper is literally a second Witty Roastmaster but with unearth upside.
- Impact Tremors?? If you're really going that route with other cards, why not?
And here are some misc cards to consider:
- Jeskai Ascendancy can straight up give you free spells. Tap creatures for a convoke non-creature spell, Jes Asc untaps them on cast.
- Kykar, Wind's Fury can let you go mana-positive with non creature spells, which you have a lot of. Also pairs nicely with Quintorius, Loremaster which is on your current list.
- Skullclamp is an obvious draw engine for a token deck.
- Unstoppable Plan gets the weenies (and all others) back online on your opponents' turns, freeing up for instant-convokes or just blockers.
- Narset, Enlightened Exile is a cool way to get extra value from non-creature cards that end up in your graveyard.
- Mentor of the Meek is nice for potentially repeatable card draw in this kind of deck.

Claim the Firstborn is the funniest card XD
Forbidden Friendship is pretty funny too.
The bait and switch with tricking the opponent into thinking you're playing a regular token strat and then pulling Emrakul, the Aeons Torn into play for free is really hilarious though, the icing on the cake. Awesome sauce.

- Replace 3 Krenko's Command and 1 Dragon Fodder with 4 Rally at the Hornburg. Those tokens have haste, unlike the original, making them a superior choice.
- Replace the 3 Goblin Instigator with 3 Forbidden Friendship. One of those tokens has haste, making them a superior choice. Also you prefer 2 tokens rather than a create plus token, since you play an Intangible Virtue.
- Replace 1 Resolute Reinforcements with the 4th Raise the Alarm. As mentioned, since you play Intangible Virtue, you prefer tokens.
- Your deck plays no 3 drops. That's a mistake - 3 drops are more powerful than 2 drops, and since you have nothing better to play on your third turn, you want to convert a few 2 drops to a 3 drop. Otherwise you just waste 1 mana and play a lower-power spell. Remove the last 2 Resolute Reinforcements and the last 2 Dragon Fodder and add 4 Hordeling Outburst.
- Sacred Fire is not that good. Remove them and just play 4 Lightning Helix.
- Firemane Angel is way too expensive and you can ignore the abilities that work only in the graveyard. Replace it with a Nobilis of War.

I wish the effects were at least similarly powerful. It's true, it's all free value on cards that you need in your deck, but can draw too many of... But the green Assassin's Trophy knockoff and the red Forbidden Friendship knockoff are comparable on no axis.
They do make bouncelands better, but can't be fetched, not even by a Cultivate. And I agree with Omniscience_is_life that there's plenty of nonbasic land hate in the format. I love seeing people die to their greedy mana bases when I play a Primal Order.
I do fear escalation though. If too many powerful effects like these exist, the answer would be more Stifles, which would push blue ahead of other colors once again.
Giver of Runes can at least protect your creatures from Colorless, if these really run rampant in your meta.

Arguably, Forbidden Friendship is a tiny bit better than Dragon Fodder

I just remembered about Forbidden Friendship. It has good synergy with Of One Mind. I replaced the Shocks for that card.
As for board wipes, you could cut the Quasiduplicates for a couple counterspells, maybe even a Saheeli. But you could always have them in the side for when those matches come up.

If I have Lutri, the Spellchaser on the battlefield and I play Mystic Reflection into Forbidden Friendship, Is Forbidden Friendship still on the stack when the token enters the battlefield as a copy of lutri and can I copy the friendship?

Forbidden Friendship is among my favorite flavor cards from Ikoria, which I didn't generally like the flavor of as a set, personally.
I think Sagas are an easy place to express flav or and love using different tokens for that.
Aurelia's Conscription
Enchantment - Saga
: Create a 1/1 Goblin Soldier token with haste.
: Create a 2/2 Knight token with vigilance.
: For each Soldier token you control, put a +1/+1 counter on it and it gains first strike until end of turn. For each Knight token you control, put a +1/+1 counter on it and it gains indestructible until end of turn.
I think this shows the first round of conscripts, the second round, and then their training.
I'd like to see another guild's saga, depicting anything that guild would do.
