Advent of the Wurm
Create a 5/5 green Wurm creature token with trample.
Advent of the Wurm Discussion

I've played a Trostani, Selesnya's Voice EDH deck and the strength of populate usually comes from big beefy token generators. 1/1 bird tokens with flying are great for the evasion, but you'll probably get more value and be more threatening with cards like Advent of the Wurm and Armada Wurm and Desolation Twin .
Hope this helps!

Made some changes based on your suggestions, let me know what you think. Longish read condensed.
Argothian Wurm : Early game goodness, late game could slow us down facing certain decks that can abuse lands.
Naya's Charm: I have mixed feelings about. 3dmg to creature only feels like a waste. Returning a card from the yard could prove useful if commander tax adds up. Lastly and most used is clearing a path to swing. Should this slot be filled with a better removal spell, or is there worth I'm missing here?
Lurking Predators : Our new commander has a similar ability that's less annoying. Also its not a 'May' trigger so we could potentially be forced into casting our deck into a wipe.
Mayael's Aria : There's no other counter synergy in the deck, but bigger is always better. Surprise wincon? Slot in something better?
Garruk, Primal Hunter vs Vivien Reid : One or both? Garruk protects himself on the ground, draws cards, and makes a mess of Wurms. Vivian finds critters, destroys flyers (glaring weakness in the deck), and an emblem to boost our field. Both technically have the same turn clock to go off except Garruk can be used as a 5cmc one shot draw spell, whereas vivian can minus and have points remaining.
Something else I've been mulling over is what to replace these last 2/3 with... as they are no longer as useful, at least not all of them. Piper may have a use to stay being: a) it's a creature that can be egged, and b) with a haste enabler out it can be 5cmc for 2 creatures.
Belbe's Portal : 8cmc(5/t:3) investment for 1 creature limited to type.
Quicksilver Amulet : 8cmc (4/t:4) investment for 1 creature
Elvish Piper : still may have it's uses. 5cmc (4/t:1) investment, haste enabler preferred prior to casting.

I think you could cut Advent of the Wurm and Crush of Wurms . Yeah, they're on theme, and yeah, they make big tokens, but I think you've got more than enough wurms in the deck, and Atla can't get them out for you. I'd rather have two more removal spells in those slots, or in your case, Evolutionary Leap and Fanatical Devotion . If you don't want to run Ashnod's Altar because you don't want to go combo, then you may not want to run Thornbite Staff , either; that will save you about $13 right there. Combos can be a good time, but they aren't always welcome in some groups.
I'd cut Sakura-Tribe Scout for either another mana dork like Llanowar Elves , or a mana rock, or something like Zendikar Resurgent . I'm on the fence about Burnished Hart ; you might be able to do with cutting that one, too. If you think about it, it'll cost you 6 mana to two land cards; better off running something like Skyshroud Claim since you're in green. Or, plug in Mirror Entity there.
Now, I'm at a tough spot; the rest of what you got seems good to me; fresh eyes will help with this. But, I'm on the fence about Urza's Incubator . If you're deck is doing it's job right, you should be casting your wurms very often, and therefore, it could be dead card a lot of the time. But, if she get's blown out for a while, making fat wurms 2 cheaper is boon. Tough call on that one, but I thought I'd throw it out there for your consideration. Kind of the same with Elvish Piper , Quicksilver Amulet , and Belbe's Portal ; all good back-up plans, but how often will they be needed?
I hope this helped out some. I look forward to seeing the suggestions of others.

Ok I'm not gonna say what you should take out, because to me that's part of personalizing one's own deck. Some things I reccomend putting in Advent of the Wurm , Sandwurm Convergence , a few non-budget-friendly cards like Doubling Season , Parallel Lives , Anointed Procession . All would help make the deck hum making multiple tokens.

Also I have been thinking about the 4 drop slot of Advent of the Wurm , and that is a (somewhat mana intensive) 4 mana 5/5 trampler. To compare, Battle Screech can often give me 4 1/1 flyers for 4 mana, which is less intensively costed, because the deck has more white sources, but also, The deck benefits from having more creatures on the battlefield.

Here's a bunch of cool token makers I think would be cool.

Bant and Selesnya decks sound like the way to go.
Trostani, Selesnya's Voice can be a cool general. Let's you gain a ton of life, and populate can be a versatile mechanic where you can choose to go wide with alot of tokens, or focus on creating and copying bigger tokens from cards like Advent of the Wurm and Desolation Twin .
Arcades, the Strategist is another interesting option. Using defenders can be like being the good guy. But assigning combat damage with toughness rather than power could be a little confusing for a beginner.

Hey, why do you feel you need to play all low mana cards? More low mana cards than anything else is good deck building, but with Trostani you can take real advantage of some high mana creatures.
Armada Wurm for instance can gain you 10 life and puts a 5/5 Wurm token with trample on the battlefield to populate. It's 10 trampling power on the battlefield for six mana. Opponents need an answer for this. It's really the only budget big creature you need because of it's great interaction with Trostani.
Wayfaring Temple grows as you play more creatures and if he connects for combat damage to a player then you populate. Advent of the Wurm is instant 5/5 Wurm with trample good with populate. Trostani Discordant is an anthem for your other creatures and she creates two 2/2 Solider tokens with lifelink to populate. If any of your opponents steal your creatures, gain control of them, then she gives you back control of your creatures.
When casting a lot of low mana creatures then Beast Whisperer is good repeatable draw. Lifecrafter's Bestiary is other repeatable draw when you cast creatures and scry 1 at upkeep is very helpful. Dawn of Hope is repeatable draw when you gain life for the cost of mana. With Trosanti on the battlefield adding an extra two mana to creatures who ETB lets you draw a card. If life gain is what you're after Soul Warden , Essence Warden , Soul's Attendant are great because they care about any creature that ETB including all your opponents creatures. These cards are good with Dawn of Hope for draw.
If combat with weenie creatures is what you want to do then consider Dauntless Escort , Selfless Spirit , Dauntless Bodyguard and Unbreakable Formation ? These cards can protect your creatures from most board wipes and combat. Rancor is good with little creatures and trample for Phyrexian Processor tokens. Spirit Loop is a upgrade for Lifelink. These auras are nice because when the creature enchanted with one of them dies/exiled or an opponent destroys the aura then the aura goes back to your hand.
Swords to Plowshares , Selesnya Charm , Evolution Charm , Dawn Charm are low mana instants that are good in Commander. Charms give you options and when you can realistically only cast a card once then options are excellent.
