I think this deck simply needs more mana, not just better mana. The average mana cost for this deck is well over 4.5, and 32 lands plus the Dragon Monuments won't be enough to support it. This deck wants at least 37-38 lands, if not more, and a bigger suite of ramp spells like Rampant Growth, Kodama's Reach, and Farseek will help speed you up as well. Five-color mana bases are hard to do on a budget; it's very easy to end up with the "fast/cheap/reliable: pick two" problem. If you add more ramp spells and Forests, that can go a long way toward smoothing your turn 4-5 mana base.
Try cutting some of the higher-end Dragons at 5+ mana. Go through each one, ask "Does this directly contribute to helping my deck win?" (or "Is this one of the coolest Dragons I have available?", if you're going for personal appeal), and take out anything that doesn't meet that standard of helping you win or personally appealing to you. And by "helping you win," it should do more than "be a Dragon." In the course of a typical game, would you expect it to help?
For a few specific examples:
How often does Intet, the Dreamer actually provide card advantage? If she effectively draws you multiple useful cards each game, she's worth keeping. If she regularly sits in your hand or graveyard waiting for "the right moment," cut her.
With only 25 combined instants and sorceries, how much weight does Backdraft Hellkite pull? How often does that ability get used productively?
Broodmate Dragon doesn't have any special interaction with Scion of the Ur-Dragon. Do you regularly get more than one token off Broodmate? If not, it's not the most efficient choice.
So those are my thoughts--clear out some Dragons that are underperforming and replace them with lands and ramp spells. And above all, have fun!

Looks like a pretty good build, I guess if I had any suggestions it would be to try to lower the dragon curve a little bit and I'd look into mass reanimation spells, Patriarch's Bidding is pretty insane. This is my own build Here be Dragons., perhaps you find some inspiration.
Cards your running that stand out to me as potential cuts:

The life penalty for using them is next to nonexistent really. Usually the mana fixing from them is more than enough of a reason to slot them in, and if somehow their life drain causes you to lose, there most likely was something earlier in the game you did that led to that point anyways.
IMO I'd cut something like Broodmate Dragon, Deathbringer Regent, or Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury for Hunting Grounds so really just cut whatever you think is a weak link.
As for Mystical Tutor I wouldn't really recommend it personally. Its use is very limited in what it gets you in this deck, and it can't be used to fetch something like Teferi's Protection on demand since it only tutors to the top of your library.

I have replaced Akroma, Angel of Fury with Broodmate Dragon (which was actually in this deck when I first built it), because, as awesome as Akroma is, she is simply too expensive, and doing so lowered this deck's average converted mana cost from 4.32 to 4.29, which is always a good thing.

I think Verix Bladewing is better Broodmate Dragon since you can cast it at a lesser cost.

Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner is good ramp and make draw some cards

Descendants' Path or Call to the Kindred could be a good way to cheat dragon into the battlefield

Sylvia Brightspear is an other way to make your dragon double strike

I like the way you keep it flavor. You could take a look at my deck (The dragUr), it's more a recursion oriented deck but it could give you some idea.

I seem to recall we have Jund dragons (Darigaaz and Broodmate Dragon ) but besides Crosis, the Purger and Nicol Bolas we don't have many Grixis dragons. Make me one... nonlegendary plz

I think, overall, the core balance of ramp/draw/dragons is feeling good, but yeah, certain dragon slots should be re-evaluated w/ new sets/meta shifts every so often. Any time I've been feeling "I don't really want to see this" with a dragon, I'm making note of which one and why.
As to Cultivate in particular, I cut it awhile back and haven't missed it. Our ramp and fixing is fine without it; we're only running 5x basics; the ramp package is diverse enough with better 3CMC payoffs, etc. I really just want 2CMC land ramp.
I'm also pulling apart a Teferi (and then Urza) deck at the moment, so am testing with Mox Diamond and Chrome Mox from that deck, as previously discussed, and that kind of also pulls away from needing 3CMC ramp slots. After some adjustments, I have my average CMC down to 2.73 . . . but reevaluating the whole Greater Good plan. It's often great value and can set up a backup combo, but has pretty frequently just been a dead draw depending on board states. Without Patriarch's Bidding , draw 4 and discard 3 for most of our creatures is . . . fine, but not amazing, and can set you up for a brutal graveyard exile b/c it is so telegraphed.
Most of the time I've been winning games via "go wide"/combat, rather than the outright combos, so I'm treating the Thunderbreak Regent and Glorybringer slot as a flex one and looking again at Verix Bladewing , solely for how the flexibility can play well once we have an engine going. With the right cards in play, it does more than it seems for one card, mainly for the relevance with early power (draw triggers), "dragons matter" triggers. I still think Broodmate Dragon isn't worth consideration, but the flexibility (early development into Dragon Matters payoffs or later game doubling those payoffs for cheap) is the key here and something I'd undervalued previously. Sometimes a 4/4 flyer for 3CMC or even 1CMC is good enough; as overall non-dragon card quality has increased, the pressure to have every dragon do a cool toolbox thing has lessened a bit vs curve and board presence/flexibility considerations, at least for me.
