Need suggestions on cards

OK, so far I have my Commander. Hokori, Dust Drinker
I am not 100% on the rules but I think I can do artifacts. So if I can Defense Grid might be a good idea too.
With that in mind, I am guessing you guys see what I am going for. Lots of Defensive cards, but I am not sure what to use as my late or end game wins. Maybe the white decree that puts angel tokens into play or some other giant angel creatures or something like that. Akroma maybe? An important thing is having tons of cards that produce mana so untapping my land won't be a problem. Suggestions on what I can use for a deck like this? It will be my first deck, and now that I know what theme I want, it is just a matter of knowing what to fill it with.
Yes you can use artifacts in the deck. The rule for color identity is for colors. All decks can include and their commanders colors + commanders text box but not anything in reminder text.
As for suggestions in your deck EDHRec can be a big help, it is not all knowing but it will get you started on the deck. Then you can add your twists and turns.
Some things that fit that can help end a game: Archangel of Tithes, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Elspeth, Sun's Champion. You could also look into mono white or artifact combos to see what fits the deck, I would consider an infinite mana combo for instance.
Some other people have good suggestions here too:
Hope this helps and welcome to the format :)

To clarify a bit Artifacts also follow the rules of colour identity. Godsend or Blinding Souleater would be legal with your commander--the former has a White color identity as a component of its mana cost, and the latter as a component of its activated ability. Contrarily Courier's Capsule and Evolution Vat would not be legal, as they do not have White colour identities.
I run Sigil of the Empty Throne in a deck that is 43% enchantments--it has been a powerful finisher in that deck, but the deck's construction is absurdly skewed toward enchantments. I am not sure it would work well in most other decks, but wanted to mention it as you wanted an angelic theme.
Paradox Engine + Isochron Scepter allows for some infinite combos if you are running a large number of mana rocks. You can use it for casting Holy Day on each opponents' turn in the early game, and eventually use to pump out infinite mana, for cards such as Entreat the Angels (which fits the angel host theme you said you wanted).
Some other cards to consider:
- Mesa Enchantress - card advantage
- Lightmine Field - strong pillowfort card, particularly against wide decks. However, if your win condition involves attacking with lots of creatures, you might want to forgo this one.
- Darksteel Mutation - removes an enemy commander without giving the opponent an option to return the target to the command zone.
- Consulate Crackdown - remove their mana rocks, and any remaining threat your opponents might be.

To add a slight clarification to what Delta-117 said, Blind Obedience has a colour identity of White, despite the symbol in the reminder text. I only mention this because I've seen the question come up numerous times with players who are new to commander.
Rule 903.4b: Reminder text is ignored when determining a card's color identity. See rule 207.2.
