This time, revolving around the Electrostatic Pummeler. Use the Glint-Nest Crane to your advantage to get your combo setup. Remember, scry as much as you can with Saheeli Rai so you can use her ultimate to get the cards you need for an unlimited Electrostatic Pummeler or just use her -2 to copy your Electrostatic Pummeler once you are ready to hand out the damage or just toss a Brute Strength on him.
This deck comes with the option to also drop an infinite amount of 1/1 Thopters as well. Use the Whirler Virtuoso's ability to chew up your energy while having 2x Decoction Module's out paired with a Panharmonicon. 4 energy back for using 3! Let your Fabrication Module target your Electrostatic Pummeler during your Decoction Module + Panharmonicon combo and gain a +1/+1 every time it triggers.

Looks like a very fun deck! One thought would be to add 2 more Decoction Module to make it more like to get the combo of Whirler Virtuoso + 2xDecoction Module + Panharmonicon (or 1 Decoction and 2 Panharmonicon).
Also, Wall of Resurgence scares me with all the removal in standard. Especially with only 23 lands. I would be afraid of them killing one of them. Just a thought.

SK1LLSHOT - I had Stasis Snare in, but never really had a chance to use it. I may look at sideboarding it for now. I like the option of the Fairgrounds Warden as it would bounce more based on the amount of Panharmonicon I have in place. I don't have any Fumigate in my collection, but I will definitely look into getting some.
Shwang - Funny you made the suggestions, I actually made those changes already.

Hah! That's awesome.
On another note, looks like you added Chief of the Foundry. Wondering why? If you get the combo off, you can make infinite thopters and do infinite damage anyway. I would think his brother Foundry Inspector would do more for you. But I could be missing something too.

More along the lines of what I have available to me currently. Agreed, if I get the infinite combo off, it doesn't matter, but until then, it helps. But yes, I do plan on swapping them out, once I get some.

Linvala, the Preserver seems like a bomb in this deck. Also Stasis Snare and Fumigate are must haves in this standard environment. You could go with Fairgrounds Warden too, great card to get big things like gearhulks out of the way. Careful if they re-enter because it will trigger again
