Soul Sisters, using Quest for the Holy Relic as the big win condition to get it under $50.

The Martyr Proc shell doesn't stretch the budget much, but I didn't want to overcomplicate the first build of the deck and it's a bit difficult to make space for 3 Abiding Grace, 1 Hope of Ghirapur, 1 Kami of False Hope, and maybe a few other fun-ofs like Burrenton Forge-Tender or Judge's Familiar.

Quest for the Holy Relic doesn't have to be used immediately when you get the 5th counter, it should almost always be popped after blocks for best value of suddenly smacking your opponent with 10 extra damage to win now or making a super evasive 13/13 creature to win next turn.
