Sideboard

Maybeboard

I picked up a lot of cards needed for this deck compared to my GW Budget Value Town list, and this is currently what I'm playing at paper MTG events. I've been having a blast with the deck and I'm improving a lot as a Magic player with this deck, learning many new concepts of the game that an aggressive deck couldn't teach me.

I've been playing around with a lot of deckbuilding ideas, notably I am very sure I want to cut Crucible of Worlds from the sideboard and run a second Eldritch Evolution . One idea I'm not sure about is running Thalia, Guardian of Thraben in the side instead of Eidolon of Rhetoric . While Thalia is much more versatile, it is not a shut down card like EoR is, and some combo decks, notably Ironworks Combo, can still win through a Thalia and not EoR. Another important thing to think about is in the Storm match, Thalia dies to a Lightning Bolt that always comes in from the Storm sideboard, where EoR doesn't. In short, Thalia can come in for a wider variety of matchups, but EoR does a better job of shutting down combo decks, which the deck is susceptible to.

Any advice from fellow deckbuilders out there is much appreciated!
