I believe the earliest possible infinite mana combo is t4. It requires a critical mass of 5 defenders, a nonsummoning sick Axebane Guardian , and High Alert plus the 4 mana to pay for the untap the first time. t1 Perimeter Captain , t2 Overgrown Battlement , t3 play any defender + guardian. Here on t4 you should have a mana potential of 12 with a complete set of landdrops, which leaves more than enough to play high alert, any 5th defender, and pay 4 mana to untap the axebane guardian. Some of the sequencing is flexible, but it is likely extremely difficult to combo t4 without the battlement. t1 cap, t2 WoR, t3 axebane plus an effective 1 mana defender, meaning a second WoR or cap, then entering t4 with 9-10 mana potential, enough to play a 5th defender at 2 mana or a 3 mana if WoRx2, into the 7 mana required to use the enchantment combo.
