Sideboard

I had a Boros Burn deck when I picked up MTG again and only played standard. Since switching to primarily playing modern, I've made this my main deck and splashed .

Inspiration for the name in case you were wondering.

Not my best day, but at least I got some practice in.

Round 1 (0-2): G/W Kitchen Finks Combo - A Kitchen Finks & Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit infinite combo for him to gain a billion life. He was able to pull it off before I could get out Rest in Peace

Round 2 (0-2): R/U/B/W Combo - Another annoying infinite combo here with Reveillark, Body Double, Mogg Fanatic, Viscera Seer, and Protean Hulk. Couldn't shut him down fast enough.

Round 2 (1-2): Mardu Burn - First time playing mirror-ish. A misplay on game 3 cost me the round.

Round 4 (0-2): Mono-black discard - A build I had not seen before. 5+ damage per turn from The Rack and Shrieking Affliction. Ouch.

Summary: Still working to get to a good place. The Grim Lavamancers are too slow so taking them out for Shard Volley. Swapping out Rest in Peace for Grafdigger's Cage (thanks, alulien!). Mainboarding the Skullcracks and putting Exquisite Firecraft in the sideboard. Practice makes perfect!
