Lockdown baby!

Sigiled Starfish, Lens of Clarity, Prescient Chimera, Prognostic Sphinx, Spellbook and Future Sight keeps the top card known and scyied.

Sphinx's Disciple, Dragonlord's Prerogative and Arcanis the Omnipotent allows for a good draw rate and let's you keep the pressure on.

Basically anything threatening or bigger than 4MCM gets exiled, controlled or permenently tapped.Anything under 4CMC gets detained with Lavinia of the Tenth, then she gets flickered and repeats.

Quite a few tap/untap shenanigens with Tidewater Minion, Umbral Mantle and creatures that tap, interacting with Sphinx's Disciple, God-Favored General and Thousand Winds.
