First attempt at oathbreaker.

This is the reimagining of mono blue tempo in standard. It's all about drawing cards and chip damage without looking dangerous enough to become a threat.

Gigantoplasm and eldrazi conscription work as the finishers to make a massive unblockable creature then protect them with counter spells.

Originally high tide was the signature spell but it was recently banned. If you have a better idea for the signature spell please let me know.
