A fun spelldeck based around Chandra and Isochron Scepters. I like playing this in multiplayer just to interfere and disrupt gameplay.

Currently this deck is set to be Tournament legal in the Legacy format while being somewhat pauper (meaning the cards aren't that expensive). Still looking for a good winbutton.
