The goal is to control the game though counterspells and win off geist. This is a semi-budget build as I'm trying to keep the cost under 700$ hence why no scalding tarns or arid mesas. Update 11/14/16: -Logic Knot +Izzet Charm Gonna test this out at FNM to see which I prefer.
