This deck aims almost to be a blue jund-ish control deck. Using black for early disruption with Inquisition and Thought seize to disrupt our opponents early game plans. Tasigur and Grim Flayer are perfect turn 2 drops that in the late game can also grind us out some value (Tasigur with his ability and Flayer's scrying ability). Liliana is here to get rid of creatures that Abrupt Decay and Fatal Push don't hit also while making our opponent hellbent or waiting around to slay a creature if we have a hard counter in hand. Serum Visions and Architects of Will help us get through our deck which allows us to run 22 lands and provide a secondary meh top deck role with Serum being a re-draw plus filter and Architects having a body attached to it. Architects also allow us to turn our Grim Flayers into 4/4s faster. Mana Leak is Counterspell most of the time and allows us to counter threats that our hand wouldn't let us deal with. Maelstrom Pulse helps the deck against token strategies/just lingering souls. It also helps us deal with anything that our Abrupts and Pushes can't handle. Cryptic command gives the deck a COMMANDing presence after turn 3 and has unbelievable utility in any situation. Damnation allows the deck to answer wide decks and/or huge creatures like eldrazi and titans. Snapcaster Mage allows us to grind out even more card advantage by allowing us to re-cast cards that we need again or any card thrown into the graveyard by Tasigur and Flayer.Would like to hear all thoughts about this deck.
