Thousand-Year Storm is your main win con in this deck. Simply by multiplying spells, you burn enemy's face.

Opt good draw option, plus it will help you to gain additional storm counters for low price.

Anticipate . As long as u will need particular cards for particular situations, I think this card makes the best job at finding cards you need.

Electrodominance fits good to place your Storm, Ral or Niv-Mizzet at the opponent's end turn, otherwise it's a good burn spell which will also allow you to kick it ability spell with additional storm counter. Plus it will allow you to play mass removal in opponent's turn, which will can be found helpfull in particular match-ups (Selesnya tokens for example).

Absorb good counter which also allows you to live a bit longer

Pirate's Pillage for draw and mana in the form of treasures.

Cleansing Nova and Deafening Clarion mass-removal to help you deal with creatures.

Ral, Izzet Viceroy is your alternative win-con.

Mission Briefing is very good in your deck, as reanimation for your spell it also gets additional counter on your storm.

Brass's Bounty should give you lots of mana if you play it with storm counter more than 1.

Treasure Map   will sift you topdeck and also will boost you up with mana after it flips

Lightning Strike removal for weak creatures and the main way of how you gonna kill your opponent.

In sideboard there are:

Banefire in control match-ups it is a good spell to finish the game or kill threat.

Negate to help you to deal with counter magic and agro's burn

Revitalize for agro match-ups.

Niv-Mizzet, Parun is good in control match-ups

More Deafening Clarion for agro and tokens match-ups.

Clear the Mind for long-lasting match-ups against control

Settle the Wreckage in Phoenixes/Drakes match-ups, or against Adanto's Vanguard.

So it was 4 rounds and I finished with 7 points. 1 loose against Boros Angels. 1 draw against Esper Control and 2 wins against Dimir midrange and Dimir surveil.

1st game: Boros Angels. 0-2. Honestly all unluck hit me in the first game possible. In 1st game I had to mulligan to 4 cards, and even there was able to live till turn 8, roasting enemy's angels with Shocks, Lightning Strikes and Beacon Bolts. In the second game I got mana flood and almost no spells that draws me cards I played.

2nd game: Esper Control. 1-1. I found it's weird that I won 1st game, where I almost had no cancels. But enemy control player wanted to save his Teferis and Karns from my burn, he wasted almost all counters on it. I was able to play Thousand-Year Storm and resolve Brass's Bounty with storm counter 3 on next turn and Banefire my opponent with X=32. In 2nd game I sideboarded 1 Storm, 2 Shocks and 2 Beacon Bolts for Firemind's Research and Negates. Opponent sided in Arguel's Blood Fast. And that what helped him. I simply wasn't able to draw Banefire and he kept sacrficing his Chromiums and Karn's constructs for hp. In the end he overwhelmed me with his constructs and killed. It was end of the round and we weren't able to play 3rd game.

3rd game: Dimir Surveil. 1-0. In the 1st game opponent stuck with 2 land for a long time which gave me time to play storm, although he eventually drawed a land which helped him to play 3 Disinformation Campaigns in next 3 turn. Luckily for him I had to discard 2 Mission Briefings and 1 Banefire. I didn't had enough mana to kill him, but in the end I resolved combo with Shock, Opt and then in Lightning Strike. In 2nd game I couldn't resolve combo for a long, long time, scince enemy played 2 Dream Eaters and then even reanimate 1 from graveyard with his Connive/Concoct. He kept bouncing my storm spell, slowing me down. Round ended with 12 hp on him and 16 mine.

4th game: Dimir Midrange. 2-1. In the first game I played storm on turn 9, then countered Dream Eater on enemy's turn and resolved combo on turn 10, having 2 banefires in my hand. Before game 2 I sidedboarded 1 storm spell and 2 Chemister's Insight for 3 negates. In game 2 opponent played Umoored Ego on turn 3 and exiled all my Storms. The game was long, but eventually he killed me with Doom Wispers as I depleted all my burn and Mission Briefings. In game 3 I sideboraded in 2 Crackling Drakes and 1 Niv Mizzet for 1 Negate, 1 Storm and 1 Discovery/Dispersal. I kept remooving his creatures and hope he sideboarded all his removal. And he did. He played Unmoored Ego into my Storm again, but in the end I was able to play Niv-Mizzet and then Crackling Drake. Drake was 24/4 and Niv Mizzet helped to clean board before drake will go off attacking.

Summary: I found this deck pretty fun to play. But I think that 4 Chemister's Insights are too heavy for this deck, so I decide to try 2 Chart a Course and 2 Chemister's Insight on the next FNM. Also I want to try 2 Radical Idea and 2 Chemister's Insight in future. Crackling Drakes showed themselves a really good alternative win-con, so I decide put in sideboard all 4 of them and remove Blink of an Eye, scince there is not so many options I can think it will be usefull.
