The objective is control and the sentence is Death by Mill. Sphinx's Tutelage plays a big part and most other spells allow me to either mill the opponents deck, use their spells against them, or distract and allow me to draw cards and mill more. You can't go wrong with Talent of the Telepath and Startled Awake  . It's a fun deck and I've recently added Dragonlord Silumgar (replacing Icefall Regent ) to accompany Dragonlord Ojutai. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Turn 1-2: Get those lands out on the field. You can counter with Clash of Wills or Silumgar's Scorn while revealing a dragon. Jace, Vryn's Prodigy   can start drawing cards and filling the graveyard. You can also control the opponent's hand with Transgress the Mind .

Turn 3: Sphinx's Tutelage needs to hit the battlefield as soon as possible. Every card you draw triggers the mill process from this point on.

Turn 4: Jace should be out by now and/or flipping to a planeswalker soon. Jace has some backup and combos with Narset Transcendent. Painful Truths, Talent of the Telepath , Startled Awake   and Ojutai's Command .

Turn 5-8+: Any dragons used to counter spells can now hit the battlefield. Dragonlord Ojutai and Dragonlord Silumgar offer some control aspects and defense. Ob Nixilis Reignited for draws and mill. Jace, Telepath Unbound   and Narset Transcendent should be able to bounce spells all around and mill an opponent to death pretty quickly.
