Aims to feed Archfiend of Ifnir and strangle opponent's armies with -1/-1 counters.

Help and suggestions are appreciated. Trying to keep with the cycle theme to work the synergy with the Archfiend of Ifnir and the abandoned sarcophogus, basically, I love giving you -1/-1 counters, flying over you and scrying. Cycle, cycle for free, cast cycle cards from graveyard.

Nest of Scarabs loves the -1/-1 counters, but ultimately slows down the cycling against other 3 drops. Abandoned Sarcophagus wants to come out t6-t9, to cast stuff from the graveyard back at your opponent's face.

Cycling lands are slow (tapped on ETB), but help fix this deck. One drop cycles make it easy to cast the Hollow One t3, especially if you've cycled twice, followed t4 by a Curator of Mysteries. Two copies of abandoned sarcophogus are there because you don't want to see it too soon, and most folk won't realize it's a threat yet.

The idea is to keep cycling until you get an Archfiend of Ifnir or x2, then cycle some more. Should work well by itself. "Win bigger" con is putting New Perspectives into play giving you three cards and making cycling "free". Maybe put in Drake Haven or Faith of the Devoted into the SB, as skilled opponents likely will do something like Lost Legacy to remove Archfiend of Ifnir, the main engine of my MB game.

All while being unafraid to cycle because Abandoned Sarcophagus let's you cast cycle cards from the graveyard in the mid to late game.

Shadow of the Grave not just to make things miserable once New Perspectives is in play, but more especially to shrink the biggest guys as they hit the field. Near infinite loop of cycling and -1/-1 counters is a really nice way to reach out and touch your opponent.

Vile Manifestation helps with dropping the mana curve for creature appearance, grows with cycling.

Razaketh's Rite to search for the card to complete whatever part of the combo I'm missing for.

Note: don't forget with abandoned sarcophogus that you may now cast spells from the graveyard, but that all cycling cards that would go into the graveyard, go into exile instead, except for cards specifically cycled into the graveyard. Also, Torment of Hailfire works infinitely better AFTER Archfiend of Ifnir has hit his triggers a few times.

Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Second game, SB out Archfiend of Ifnir - opponents will answer that. I want to survive their hate on the archfiend, and drain them with Faith of the Devoted and Drake Haven then bum rush with creatures, and failing that, hit them with Torment of Hailfire. Also, pack in Lost Legacy to deal with those pesky RU Fevered Visions that RU control and agro both seem to love to pack.
