Ok, so, 34 edh decks in, you gotta reach for some interesting restrictions, or they all just feel the same, right? Enter ARTIST COMMANDER! Every card in the deck, including commander and basic lands, are illustrated by the same artist. Oh man, this was a hard deck to build, and is not (yet) very synergistic, as I'm playing almost every card I can from this artist!

I could have chosen some of the greats, with 1000s of card illustrations from the history of magic, but I chose a newer illustrator, Svetlin Venilov. I bet you hadn't even heard of him before, right? So, I only have a few years to choose from, and unlike designers, an illustrator can only do so many paintings at a time...
