Named for the first album released by my favorite musician, Gary Numan, also known as "the blue album." I don't understand how to play blue, so I put this deck together to explore it. Obviously, not knowing how to play it I also don't know how to build it. I'm wide open to suggestions. I'm also nervous of Fae of Wishes, because I have no idea what card "from outside the game" I would put into my hand. Any suggestions?
