I want this deck to work. I love the idea of spawning cheap tokens, using creatures with ETB effects, and stealing opponents creatures and having Jalira turn them into sea monsters. I'm not sure I've hit the right balance yet.

Jalira is part of my 26, which is the 32 Commander deck challenge but without colorless or 4 color commanders. I don't like how either of those categories feels currently. As an added wrinkle, my collection is singleton outside of the land mana base, so across all physical decks you won't find duplicate cards.
