Sideboard

This is a tempo/aggro deck taking advantage of effecient spells and creatures to create a large board presence quickly.

Primer

Gitaxian Probe: Free cantrip and gives some useful intel on what's coming up.

Serum Visions: Cheap cantrip, and it sets up your next couple of draws. Synergizes nicely with Delver of Secrets   to help flip him.

Boros Charm A toolbox of a spell that really pulls its weight in this deck. It burns hard, protects all our stuff, and can really amplify a creature.

Electrolyze: Gives card advantage and can ping creatures and/or players that are giving you some trouble.

Lightning Bolt: O.G. burn spell.

Lightning Helix: You know what's fun? A Lightning Bolt with Lifelink!

Mana Leak: The closest thing to Counterspell in Modern.

Path to Exile: Gets around indestructible or high toughness, if that's happening with a creature. Cheap and efficient removal.

Remand: One of the best spells for tempo. Remand delays threats, and replaces itself. You really can't ask for anything more.

Vapor Snag : Bouncing and pinging are both really nice. If you're not quite ready to deal with a big threat, send it back to the hand and have it think about what it's done.

Bedlam Reveler: The finisher for our deck. With the concentration of instants and sorceries we run, it's possible to get this guy out turn four. A 3/4 with prowess is really scary and very hard to get rid of. What's more, Bedlam Reveler gives you a Reforge the Soul -esque effect, refilling your hand.

Delver of Secrets  : Good God, this card is amazing. Considering how many instants and sorceries this deck runs, flipping him on turn 2 is definitely possible. A 3/2 flyer is really hard to deal with, and puts a lot of stress on your opponents.

Monastery Mentor: Where do you even start with this guy... It's a Young Pyromancer, except the tokens that he poops out have prowess. That's really scary, and once he gets rolling, it's hard to stop him.

Soulfire Grand Master: He's mainly being run for giving all of our pinging spells lifelink, but he's a good mana-sink as well if the games get grindy.

Young Pyromancer: This guy is a classic, and does a ton of work. Comes out early, provides vaule for as long as he's alive.

Crumble to Dust: Really screws Tron.

Dispel: Cheap counterspells are fun.

Keranos, God of Storms: Sometimes games go a bit longer than we'd like them to. Keranos comes in if that happens, because he is a heavy lifter. You either get to draw an additional card, or bolt something for free. Very, very strong.

Kor Firewalker: For going against burn, and also helps us get a bit of life from our own spells.

Mana Leak: Side this in if more hard counters are needed.

Stony Silence: Stops affinity in its tracks.

Supreme Verdict: Panic button. Having creatures is nice, but not if you're getting run over by a bunch of Eldrazi.

Timely Reinforcements: Thought you could out-token and out-lifegain this deck? Wrong.

Wear / Tear: All the hate on one card.

Thanks for checking the deck out. If you liked it, do leave a +1, and if there's anything I can do to improve the deck, drop a comment.
