Designed to use Feather to recast instants and sorceries, but to also get extra value from them even when he's not there via prowess/heroic/magecraft.

Not sure about the sideboard at the moment. Have the soon-to-be legal Lightning Helix for removal, but I'm not sure if the others are the best choices. I don't really have much to beat board wipes with exile effects like Farewell and Settle the Wreckage or mass bounce effects like River's Rebuke.
