Make an Angel that makes you the monarch as an activated ability, AND has dethrone, AND has an ETB Council's Dilemma (see Expropriate and Capital Punishment), AND has a Will of the Council as an attack trigger or activated ability (see Council's Judgment and Custodi Squire).

You have several duplicate cards in an EDH format deck, including Custodi Squire, Farsight Adept, Infantry Veteran, Lieutenants of the Guard, Guildless Commons, Secluded Steppe, Flicker of Fate and Spectral Searchlight.

For mono-white decks, I always suggest New Benalia, Dawn of Hope, Legion's Landing  Flip, and Smothering Tithe as basic utility cards. Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile are good for making deals in the "I remove this threat, do me a favour" sense as well.

Queen of Curses ala Queen Marchesa (Long May She Reign) is a awesome commander who brings the Monarch mechanic into the deck. To accompany your previously mentioned subthemes you could utilize Curses - which are a typical sub-theme of the Queen 's. Since she is mardu, you can also include the previously mentioned Ballot Broker for your voting/politics cards. Speaking of which, if you choose the queen you will have 15 of the previously mentioned cards to choose from - mentioned below:

For wincons, you have some very exciting options in the form of Captive Audience , Generous Gift + Demonic Pact , and Approach of the Second Sun . And, if you were to ever be in a 1v1 scenario Overwhelming Splendor outright cripples your opponent's combat damage based strategies. So, what do you think?

Custodi Squire is good. Aether Swooper is bit slow, it takes two turns to use the energy it generates. Dispersal Technician could be good.

I took another look at enchantments that self sacrifice for an effect. I’m trying to get rid of single use instant and sorcery spells.

I'd also recommend Aether Swooper , Custodi Squire , and Dispersal Technician , where the latter answers artifacts.

My only thoughts on this deck are that it lacks hard removal. Journey to Nowhere is the best white removal and fits in perfectly with the theme of your deck. Dead Weight is good too because it can be recurred after it kills something. I would try to have at least 4 pieces of hard removal in your deck to strengthen it against aggro.

Another thing to note is that your deck has a lot of 2- and 3-ofs. This is not always a bad thing. However, there are without doubt going to be cards that are better than others. One card I see that isn't being used to its greatest potential is Edge of Divinity. That card would be well suited in a deck that plays creatures that are both white and black to gain the full +3/+3, but this deck only has creatures of one color, hindering the card.

Custodi Squire combos with Angelic Renewal to make an infinitely recurring 3/3 flier, which can be difficult for some decks to deal with. It's also simply a good value creature to run.

If you're willing to go into green, it offers great enchantment-matters cards like Kruphix's Insight and Commune with the Gods. However, the color pair you already have offer good synergy and diluting it with another color won't necessarily make it better.
