Oh, look at these new commander cards which I've definently never seen before.

Beamtwon Bullies: Surprised it isn't just an optional at-opponent-upkeep-trigger

Tivit: idk why this so expensive, or why it doesn't draw instead of investigate at that cost. IMO there's not enough voting cards to make this fun. Also, for cards like Tyrant's Choice, if everyone else votes for something else, you'll lose even with the extra vote.

Denry Klin: Meh, on its own it's very underwhelming. Yes, you can hand out indestruble counters like candy with Tyrite Sanctum. Some non-keyword counters like Oblivion Stone could be interesting

Bess: heh, weenie commander. Kinda wish it worked for 0/1s too. Has the dreaded "one or more" templating, without the redeeming "that many" addage, so you'll have to stagger token creations to make her big efficiently. Note that it's just base p/t, so you're still free to add other anthem effects

Turf War: I like the design a lot, but it's a bit expensive for the hoops you got to jump trough. Obviously the dream is to boop everyone at the same time to ramp yourself by three. Hope you got some pillow fort!

Rain of Riches: Prosper is having a bit of a field day

Mezzio Mugger: a bit too expensive to either hardcast OR Blitz imo

Smuggler's Share: each end step? And not just the opponent who's turn it is? Oh my.

Lethal Scheme: Not too bad, in a mono-black zombie deck you could cast this for free with convoke

In Too Deep: Meh, I like Aura removal for disabling commanders, this just adds another commander tax

Jailbreak: ANY kind of permanent

Aerial Extortionist: more white card advantage, quite cute, if a little expensive for how fragile it is

Grand Cresendo: Alright! Never mind the tokens, finally mono-white gets an anti-wrath Instant for two mana

Excess: I like rewards for go-wide combat, even if you can still just Dockside for similar results

Seize the Spotlight: Aggresively costed red mini-Expropriate, kinda! Quite powerful for late game mehthinks

Cute that escape, extort and cipher all made a cameo here

Also if you don't care about legality there are a few good cards such as Forsaken Wastes Tyrant's Choice and unlikely but possibly Strongarm Tactics :)

It's like some kind of distorted Kenrith deck. I love it.

Stormfist Crusader and the new Allure of the Unknown feel like a good fit in here.

Head Games is so much fun! I run it in my Kenrith deck. You can give an opponent an answer for a big threat or a hand full of lands. Really versatile.

Multiplayer-specific cards like Infernal Offering or "will of the council" cards like Tyrant's Choice, Bite of the Black Rose, and Coercive Portal could also be fun.

I really feel like you're using too much ramp in this deck. Your mana curve is so low, I really don't see a situation where a card like Cultivate could be useful for you, you'll just never need 5 mana in one turn. Even if you use it for mana fixing, Jungle Hollow would be much better for this purpose, as it doesn't force you to pay so much mana when playing it. A few more heroic creatures, like Setessan Oathsworn , might also be useful.

Lastly, yes, Tyrant's Choice is legal according to Scryfall, which is generally the best resource for such things.

I considered it, but I prefer Geth's Verdict because it allows for the opponent to lose life as well, which goes well with Vicious Rumors and Tyrant's Choice , as far as passive loss of life goes. It could be an option if you want to substitute it for something.

Spairut, thanks for the input. I appreciate it a lot. I have a few more questions, though.

1) How many Mana Leak , Countersquall , Thought Erasure , Gifted Aetherborn , Opt , Serum Visions , Night's Whisper , Read the Bones should I add?

2) What is the advantage of Night's Whisper and Read the Bones in this deck? Just curious.

3) Why leave out Tyrant's Choice ?

I've considered both, and I'll explain my rationale as to why I did not include them previously. Read the Bones obviously has a 1 higher CMC, which isn't bad when you consider that with this deck you're playing the long game, but it suffers from the same issue that Night's Whisper has: they lack the ability for you to target your opponent and make them lose 2 life.

Sign in Blood can be used for one's own card advantage early game, but it can also be used to make your opponent draw cards and lose life, because you want to pressure them as much as possible to die quickly to Corrupt and not be able to counter Dash Hopes with loss of life, especially in a control heavy match up.

However, I could play test the inclusion of 2 or 3 Read the Bones in exchange for 1 Vicious Rumors and 1 or 2 Tyrant's Choice , as the former of the 3 cards would allow for better prospective plays and speeding the game up.

Then again the fun thing about this deck is just top decking answers and frustrating your opponent into submission, but I definitely think that Read the Bones is a good idea.
