Alright. After looking through, I have a few ideas. 1. Instead of stealing other’s artifacts for 4+ mana, perhaps running things like Abrade , Artifact Possession , Copy Artifact , or Bedevil to either create copies of other’s artifacts, or destroy them with more options than what you currently have.
- Mana fixing Drowned Catacomb , Dragonskull Summit , Watery Grave , Command Tower , Arcane Signet , Grixis Obelisk, and Grixis Panorama would all help in your ability to cast Bolas on curve.
- Holding off the other players.
Wrath of God , Vraska's Contempt , Bontu's Last Reckoning , Cast Down , and Cavalier of Night all keep the board clear while you set up for the victory!
- Creatures. Zahid, Djinn of the Lamp , Wall of Stone , Norritt , Chainwhip Cyclops , and Vraska's Finisher are all bad cards. I suggest cards like Nicol Bolas, the Ravager Flip, Sheoldred, Whispering One , Notion Thief , Archfiend of Depravity , and Massacre Girl could be more beneficial than the current ones you have.

The main issue I see with this deck is that its slow. With many shocklands that enter tapped, casting bigger spells quicker is harder. I know you're on a budget, but I'd still recommend Blood Crypt , Steam Vents , and Watery Grave over your Guildgates.
Use Honor the God-Pharaoh for even more amass plus card draw. Bolt Bend can protect your army from removal and Chainwhip Cyclops can pave the way for your army.
Flux Channeler helps boost your zombie army even more, and Relentless Advance can do it in a hurry. Stealth Mission can help you hit the opponent for a lot of damage with a powered up Zombie Army.
Vizier of the Scorpion amasses and gives your zombie army deathtouch. Unlikely Aid can protect it from removal, and Aid the Fallen can return an amass creature from your graveyard, allowing you to do it again.

If you are new to Magic first things first, congrats on joining the game hopefully you enjoy it.
On to some deck advice, you need to cut Bonethorn Valesk , Goblin Hero , Rock Jockey , Goblin War Strike , Chaos Charm , and Seething Song . These cards aren't legal in the modern format, which I'm assuming is what you are building for. Cutting these also makes your deck a 60 card deck, which is the correct size.
I don't know how familiar you are with Magic so far, but there are a couple different formats. I would suggest asking the friend who gave you cards more about it, or read up on them.
You have quite a few cards, but mostly goblins. A popular goblin deck you could play might be 8 Whack. Look into it if you ever have a desire to play competitive magic.
If you are just looking to play casual Magic however, here is my advice.
Swap out 2x Tremor , 1x Volcanic Hammer , and 1x Lava Axe , for 4x Skewer the Critics .
I would also swap 1x Sokenzan Bruiser , 1x Endbringer , 1x Shivan Dragon , and 1x Guardian of the Ages , for 4x Goblin Grenade .
Swap 2x Mountain for 2x Devastating Summons
Lastly I would swap 1x Myr Moonvessel , 1x Chainwhip Cyclops , 1x Vulshok Berserker , 1x Canyon Wildcat , for 4x Bomat Courier .
