New Enchantments and Creatures to the Sideboard

Added Underworld Connections and took out a Dead Weight. Added Harvester of Souls, Reaper of the Abyss, Curse of Death's Hold to Sideboard. Still to Test at FNM to see how well it does.

Is 24 lands actually too many? I thinking of dropping to 22 to add more targets for Augur of Bolas. You really only need 4 lands in play to curve out to do your Rewind and Restoration Angel shenanigans. Thoughts?

This deck performed consistently well last night with friends, only losing one game to a fast Rakdos deck due to a terrible card draws (only 1 creature in the first 4 turns). However, I did pull this incredible hand! :
Turn 1: Temple Garden untapped, Champion of the Parish
Turn 2: Sunpetal Grove, Fencing Ace
Turn 3: Miracle Revenge of the Hunted, Sunpetal Grove. Use Revenge of the Hunted and 2x Giant Growth on Fencing Ace.
13 / 13 Fencing Ace with double strike, trample, all creatures able to block it this turn do so), and 2 / 2 Champion of the Parish due to the +1/+1 counter from human Fencing Ace bonus.
Swing for 28 damage on turn 3!
??? Profit !!!

I added Elspeth Tirel just b/c i really like her and being able to gain health so easily AND get a lot more tokens would b awesome!!! makes for more creatures on the field! i think i need to add a bit more to counter any board wipes so i MIGHT add a splash of blue to add three Negates

I played the deck against a few rounds against my friend's vampire deck and I'm definitely having problems handling the aggro. The deck is doing what I've designed it to, but I'm running into three major problems. 1. Speed. I'm not able to reliably start firing off until turn 4-5. 2. Aggro. I need ways to deal with large amounts of creatures. 3. Mana flooding. I'm running into my usual problem when i play with more than 16-18 land in that I'm getting too much mana in comparison to useful spells. Suggestions for improvement are appreciated.

Added 10 monoblue fetchers just in case things aren't going your way.
Edit: Removed Intuition because its crazy expensive.
Edit Two: Added Omnath, Locus of Mana so you can hold infinite green mana in your mana pool and kick off Pili-Pala on your opponents turns.

quick update: i haven't been paying attention to this anymore, but i know you guys have been telling me to put more cards in this deck. well, after i used this deck in a tappedout tournament, it stopped working. but thats not the point. the point is, the most powerful card you need in this deck is simply steeped lynx. turn three: i hit you with a 12/12 steeped lynx.

Took out 2x Manor Skeleton and 1x Gravecrawler for 3x Diregraf Ghoul. Would make for more keepable hands in the long run.

Playing this deck at the FNM tomorrow. Hope things go better than the last time. Still will have a problem with mid-range, but with all the experience that I got over the last week, I think I'll play much better. I think that I have a much more evolved deck than I had last time and that my understanding of the game-space has increased. We'll see. I need to get 2 more Annihilating Fires for the deck though.

Took out 2 Angelic Overseer and added 2 Sublime Archangel

made a few changes to see if I can get some improvements. The original build was slow on the land drops from time to time and it will cost you too much to miss them.
changes:
-1 Plains -1 Island
+3 Azorius Guildgate (not generally a fan but here the color fixing is worth the wait)
-3 Terminus (they were often clogging what could have otherwise been a better hand)
+2 Feeling of Dread (the lower cost here and multi purpose nature makes them seem like interesting tech)
Considerations:
considering: +1 Sphinx's Revelation +1 Supreme Verdict -2 Essence Scatter
considering going all in on Thought Scour over Think Twice however I think with the pace here the Think Twice is still better.
The side board is also in need of some tuning. It feel very piece meal at this point and needs some more strategy.

Dropped 2x Ghostform & 1x Artful Dodge, added 2x Blustersquall & 1x Thragtusk as allows more attacks through and provides a defensive alternative.
