Tips & Misc:

Remember that scry stacks with Mirrorwing Dragon from Titan's Strength . If everything is running smoothly and/or your opponents are running burn, switch Titan's Strength out for the beefier Built to Smash .

If Mirrorwing Dragon isn't coming up enough Zada, Hedron Grinder ** might be a good fit. Get rid of whatever you think isn't pulling it's own weight. Technically Flamewake Phoenix isn't an essential part of the combo. So...if you really ... really....wanted to (don't do it) you could get rid of them (don't do it).

Mirrorwing Dragon & Young Pyromancer is your winning team. Due to Mirrorwing Dragon 's utility, it is unlikely to be targeted with targeted removal spells.*** However Young Pyromancer is not inherently protected, therefor either three of or a play-set of Shunt is required. Flamewake Phoenix is the constant pressure and will likely die, then come back the next turn, hopefully eating a Lightning Bolt , Doom Blade , etc for Young Pyromancer via Shunt .

The deck falls apart at spells like Wrath of God , Sunscour , Damnation , Supreme Verdict , etc. There's not much you can do against that at this budget level besides: Boros Charm or Ephemeral Shields cast onto Mirrorwing Dragon , though you'll need to add in some white dual lands like Temple of Triumph . Even with Boros Charm / Ephemeral Shields we still fall short of cards like Terminus , Worldfire , Obliterate . Oh well. So if you you're going into a Friday Night Magic tournament and you think you'll be running into that one veteran with a play-set of Damnation and for some reason you decided it was O.K to bring this grenade of a deck to a tank fight:

3x Boros Charm -2 Fiery Impulse -1 Magma Jet

2x Ephemeral Shields -2 Flame Slash

4x Temple of Triumph -4 Mountain

2x Battlefield Forge -2 Mountain

1x Psalm 24:3 -1 Reality

*NOTE: Chandra's Ignition vs Burn at the Stake chances are Burn at the Stake is what you'll want to go with if you want the more competitive deck. While Chandra's Ignition does serve as a board wipe + nuke to the face, not having to kill off your board & still deal a massive amount of damage, is beneficial. There are corner cases in which one will prevail over the other, so I recommend side boarding in a replacement set of whichever is not in the main board. That being said, this is a deck I made for my own good fun, and Chandra's Ignition definitely wins over in the fun category.

**NOTE: Zada, Hedron Grinder & Mirrorwing Dragon do not go off of each other as both abilities act like Reverberate in which the spells are not cast, they are copied onto the stack.

***NOTE: Mirrorwing Dragon Unlikely to be targeted with targeted burn or removal as it'll reflect back at the person who targeted it with removal, though can still be in danger of mono coloured boards with cards like Doom Blade or sacrifices like Gatekeeper of Malakir . However, just as we can use Temur Battle Rage off of Mirrorwing Dragon so can our opponents.

Non-budget options:

Lightning Bolt instead of Fiery Impulse

Clifftop Retreat instead of Temple of Triumph

In the future if Seething Song is unbanned, switch out Geosurge and Infernal Plunge for a set of 3.
