Reiterate is awfully mana expensive, but I'll think about it.

I don't think Draconic Destiny would help me very much. Ashling can get quite large if I put multiple equipment on her, but I don't actually attack much with this deck.

Squee, Goblin Nabob is a great idea and I can't believe I didn't think of it myself. I even own a copy already! I'll throw him in right away.

If I was going to run Glint-Horn Buccaneer I'd be running the new and improved version Magmakin Artillerist.

Valakut sucks in this deck. This deck either wins or loses 90% of games before ever reaching the 6 lands required for Valakut to come online. I used to have it in the deck, but having a land come in tapped was just not worth the 3 or maybe 6 damage I would get from the card over the course of the game.

Dust Bowl hurts because it doesn't make red mana. I really need the mana this deck makes to be red, not colorless, so I can save it for future turns. Emergence Zone and Treasure Vault are both emergency buttons. They are there to let me save some of my mana if someone removes Ashling on an opponent's turn.

Reiterate!

Draconic Destiny was surprised to see 0 fire breathing in the deck. This seemed to be the most versatile upon a quick glance.

Squee, Goblin Nabob pays the Ashling looting tax

Glint-Horn Buccaneer weaponize Ashling along with the rest of your looting

Dust Bowl and/or Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle weaponize your 30 basic lands

Nice seeing Dross Harvester being used to its full potential

Since you are running all the big mana lands Crypt of Agadeem and Deserted Temple would be right at home

Yawgmoth needs gas like Squee, Goblin Nabob. Blacks closest versions are Ovalchase Daredevil and Veilborn Ghoul.

Forbid reusable counterspell seems good

Prismari Command one of the best Swiss army knives

Frantic Search/Faithless Looting/Breakthrough/Read the Runes cheap and efficient looting

Cephalid Coliseum land looting

Masticore old school cool now becomes an engine

Anger to compliment the Wonder

All this discard Squee, Goblin Nabob would be valuable

You might consider Pariah's Shield. It goes well with Brash taunter and Purphoros as well. A new ability you might want to pick up is some enchantment control with Argentum Masticore and if you want to mitigate the discarding you could try Squee, Goblin Nabob

Garna, Bloodfist of Keld doesn't need the dying creature to be non-token, why not use a bunch of token engines like Goblin Assault, Chancellor of the Forge (a good card to actually use recursion on), Goblin Rabblemaster, Legion Warboss, Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin and Krenko, Mob Boss. Then you can use cards like Pashalik Mons, Weirding Shaman and even potentially Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician as sac outlets. You also have access to cards like Squee, Dubious Monarch, Squee, the Immortal and Squee, Goblin Nabob (bascially all the Squee value).

I'm not saying build a goblin deck, but build a goblin deck.

Hello.
You are running a lot of cards that make you draw and discard cards. I think that Squee, Goblin Nabob would fit in this deck well. You can discard him and get him back in your upkeep and you can do it over and over again.
In the recent sets WoTC printed a couple of really good impulse draw cards in red like March of Reckless Joy, Reckless Impulse, Light Up the Stage or Rob the Archives. If you have no way to use cards in your graveyard then these 4 are in my opinion better than all versions of Thrill of Possibility you play. If you want to keep playing all versions of Thrill of Possibility then I'd consider adding some cards that you can cast from your graveyard like for example Mishra's Research Desk. Endless Atlas could draw you lots of cards.
You're running 32 creatures so Hazoret's Monument will save you more mana than any mana rock and will also let you filter your hand like crazy. Lastly, Skullclamp, Idol of Oblivion and Terrain Generator seem to have good synergies with all the mountains you have and all the 1/1 tokens this deck can produce. Heraldic Banner - for just 1 more mana you get a mana rock and an anthem for your go wide strategy.
