For a cutthroat deck, drop all of this, run the one Orcish Captain&Frenetic Efreet as well as all of the tutors to find them, run a bunch of low-mana rocks, card draw, removal, and countermagic and build an aggressive combo deck.

Okaun Zndrsplt Flip a Coin!
Zndrsplt and Okaum are my favourite commanders to pilot, I have my own deck and it's the most fun that I've had in EDH.
A few suggestions:
Two-Headed Giant and Mana Clash don't actually trigger Zndrsplt or Okaum because those coin flips aren't technically "won".
Make sure when playing to keep an eye out for if your opponents play an orc, since Orcish Captain can target any orc, meaning that it's ironically an orc-hate card
Puppet's Verdict is incredibly fun to play, and it's a great way to either make a comeback when you're behind or as a last-ditch attempt to survive. It's essentially a 3-mana instant speed half-boardwipe, and it works even better with Krark's Thumb.
Marchesa's Smuggler can give unblockable and haste which can be quite useful.
Impulsive Maneuvers is a great way to transition from attacking into playing control, since it gives you a 50/50 chance to draw a card for each creature that attacks whatsoever. It also combos quite well with Chandra's Ignition and Fling effects when used with Okaum.
Strionic Resonator lets you flip even more coins.
Assault Suit lets you pass Okaum around, essentially letting you play group slug, meanwhile you can sit back and draw cards with Zndrsplt.

Evening the Odds - An actual decent coin flip deck
7 years ago
Yeah, a little difference in wording, and a huge difference in effect. Orcish Captain requires an lot of mana, but is an effective ": Flip X coins, draw a card for each coin flip you win, sacrifice this creature if you lost a flip." as long as Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom is on the battlefield.

Flips of Rage

+1 for me!
Orcish Captain also can be used like Frenetic Efreet except you have to pay one, which means it isn;t nearly as good, but for one mana I still think you can pay 5 and flip five coins, you know!

Go Flip Yourself

Telepathy and Deep-Sea Kraken I do not see helping the deck have a better chance to win the game. Telepathy is sure to slow down a game and bring you some strong table hate in my opinion.
Laboratory Maniac as another win con with Frenetic Efreet
Fabricate , Muddle the Mixture or to go find your Thumb?
Fling , Warp World and Disrupt Decorum I would think would be a better fit than Telepathy and Deep-Sea Kraken. They keep up the Chaos theme.
Orcish Captain . Thieves' Auction are filler options as well.
Rootwater Diver , Argivian Restoration, Reconstruction , Junk Diver to return Krark's Thumb. Recoup for sorcery Body Double and remove about 7 lands.

There's also the flagbearers: Coalition Flag Coalition Honor Guard Standard Bearer But they don't really have synergy with each other. You might be able to pull some shenanigans if you give a flagbearer hexproof or protection with a changeling out though.
Thelon of Havenwood, Fungal Bloom, Sporesower Thallid, Savage Thallid and Pallid Mycoderm are all listed as saprolings. I don't know if you merged fungus and saproling intentionally, but if you did it might make sense to change saproling tech to saproling/fungus tech.
