Izzet spells matter deck.The goal of this deck is to deal damage by drawing cards, which in turn draws cards because you dealt damage
This deck is all about drawing cards, providing you with ample card advantage, and then using that advantage to burn your opponent, counter, or set up a combo for the win. Divination, Brainstorm, Howling Mine, Opt Electrolyze, Izzet Charm, Think Twice and even Desolate Lighthouse all provide draw.
Your Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind are the main win cons, providing burn and damage. I am running 2 of Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius and 2 Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind because I really enjoy how well they can work together.
Young Pyromancer, Guttersnipe, Blistercoil Weird all take advantage of the burn instants and sorceries in the deck, and provide an alternate win con from spells matters.
Archaeomancer is terrible and help curbs the deck for my little meta, and can give you back an important spell you may need, or just provide another Lightning Bolt.
