Darksteel Pendant, Darksteel Axe are your primary targets for phylactery counters from the lich, as both are indestructible

Worldslayer on the lich is pretty much game. The synergy is unreal, the effect is devastating, and its pretty damn badass when it happens
The removal is all mixed, Languish as a board wipe, Murder and Dead Weight both help curb early aggression, and Spread the Sickness is excellent due to Proliferate
Lich's Tomb is terrible, like just really bad. But damn that flavor is too good to pass up
