Added Spiraling Embers for damage, Swiftfoot Boots for combo protection, and Dig Through Time to get combo pieces.

This deck is a combo deck based around Swans of Bryn of Argoll, one of my favorite cards, It is outstanding, having a nearly unkillable card that generates both players card advantage and goes infinite so easily. So enjoy!

As combos are the main part of a combo deck, this is the most important thing. This deck focuses on infinite drawing and infinite damage, so that's what these combos will focus on.

Look at my hand, now back at me. Look at my hand again, my library is in my hand. Look at your life total, take note that it is gone.

Complete lockout, minus removal. And since most decks only run some direct removal (as in "Destroy target creature" instead of ''Deals 3 damage to target creature"), this combo is hard to stop. If they attack me, they will deal no damage, and draw that many cards. Eventually, thats the end of their library and they have milled themselves out.

Dealing damage directly to Swans can lead to some amazing card advantage. The best one here is Magma Jet, because it also gives us a Scry 2 to get cards we don't need to the bottom. Lightning Bolt also gives us 3 cards for 1 mana, which is absolutely insane.

The star of the deck, Swans is the best card, hands down. It's ability to generate card advantage for both players is insane, and most opponents can't deal with it. This card is my main win condition, and did I mention that its a Swan? Yes.

Yet another combo MONSTER, easily goes infinite with Swans or Curiosity. Also can be a beater if you need it, this card is a certified bomb.

When I draw infinite cards, I usually run out of cards in my library. This card makes that a good thing. Also beats Melira Pod life combos, since if I run out of cards, I don't care about their life total!

These three cards each have some different added abilities, but all three have the same purpose. While they can be used to remove creatures or deal damage to creatures, the main point is to draw cards with your Swans. They are in here because, despite combos, this is a control deck.

These are more counterspells, and both are amazing. Mana leak might as well be a hard counter, because most people don't cast good spells with 3 mana open. Song is in here for two reasons; to stop any Instant or Sorcery, and SWANS!

These two cards are part of the complete lockout combo, with Swans. I run more Pariah because Shield's upside of being equipment rarely comes up. They, with Swans, can completely shut out any offense. Try to attack. I dare you.

This card is obscene. It goes infinite with Niv-Mizzet, and can easily get me my combo pieces. Continue.

The sideboard for a combo deck is always a challenge. You want something that doesn't slow down your combo; you want to protect it. And since this is a control deck, I made a protect/mirror match based sideboard. It even has stuff for some common decks in modern, such as tron and BGx. Enjoy!
