Sideboard

Scrybles is a mix of junk depths and a midrange strategy. The deck can fairly often combo off on turn 3-4, but can also grind into the mid and late game, keeping pace on resources and board presence against most opponents. While the deck sacrifices some things by not going all in on the combo or the midrange plan, it also gains a lot from being able to do both.

This list uses disruption, removal, and a low curve to throw off your opponent's game plan while keeping up pressure. The main plan is to combine Scryb Ranger and Knight of the Reliquary to put Dark Depths + Thespian's Stage into play on the same turn (usually during your opponent's endstep), then make Marit Lage for the win (untap with Lage in play, then use Knight to find Sejiri Steppe if need be to make sure your 20/20 gets through). The secondary plan is to rely on your grindy cards to win a fair game with removal and efficient threats.

Against combo the deck's hand disruption and tax effects, along with the option to win around turn 3-4 with the depths combo, allows the deck to have better matchups against fast unfair decks than other non-blue midrange lists usually get.

This list is still something I'm testing so any comments or suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks! :D
