A variant of my other Saheeli oathbreaker deck, but with infinite combos. By flooding the board with artifacts that reduce costs and produce mana, making Thoughtcast cost only 1 blue mana at all times, we hope to draw into some infinite mana combo, draw into a win condition and then bounce an artifact repeatedly for infinite damage.

Enough mana rocks and Dramatic Reversal can produce infinite mana with any of the following:

• Elite Arcanist (If your mana rocks produce at least UU1)

• Izzet Guildmage

• League Guildmage

• Meletis Charlatan

• Reiterate

Choo Choo: The Finishers

Once you have infinite mana and can draw your deck with your Thoughtcast, we need to turn that into damage. Once we have any one of Ingenious Artillerist, Kessig Flamebreather or Reckless Fireweaver onto the battlefield, we need a way to cast a spell over and over. Since we have infinite mana, here's a few ways in the deck:

Drafna, Founder of Lat-Nam can bounce an artifact over and over once infinite blue mana is achieved. (It's possible to cost reduce a card:Gilded Lotus and bounce it to generate the infinite mana by itself too.

Clockspinning or Reiterate, which can be cast repeatedly thanks to buyback.
