Interesting, so a sort of prison/control hybrid in Mardu colors? I think with all your destruction effects and spell-based damage, these colors can really shine here.
Switch Terminate for Mardu Charm. This is kind of a more minor suggestion, but I feel like the charm gives so much utility, including token spawning, that it outweighs the power of Terminate in the main. After all, some decks might not run many creatures, so having some more varied utility spells in the main can't hurt game 1 when you already have straight-up kill spells with Path to Exile and Crackling Doom.
Consider Painful Truths. Since you are running a control deck, you'll need card draw for fuel. And if you can consistently get 3 colors at a time, this is probably one of your better choices for draw power. You can even modify how many cards/how much life you lose by choosing how many colors to spend.

KrusaderV2 thanks for the the suggestions! I've changed the Terminate for Mardu Charm and I'm testing it right now. Moved 2 of the Sin Collector to sideboard and added 2 Painful Truths to main. Let's see how it works now.

Hey YoshikawaYusuke, so I've done a little playtesting, and I think Mardu Charm and Painful Truths are both great adds! But I'm noticing that you're still running out of steam and cards relatively quickly, which is certain death for a control deck of any kind. I think a little more tuning can help:
While Intervention fits within your prison/control archetype, I feel like it is just too slow at 4 mana to be worth that extra tidbit over Nevermore. After all, if something is on the field already, that's what your slew of removal spells is for. It could always be added to the side, but I feel like Waste Not is a far better, and far faster play. It rewards you with card advantage and 2-for-1's for playing all your discard spells, which prevents you from going through your entire hand without affecting the board. It also gives you a turn 2 play, contributes to your devotion to black, and allows your to draw lots of cards and dig for your win condition.
As for Athreos over Heliod, as good as the god of the sun is, I don't think he helps you finish games. Zurgo Helmsmasher is a more godlike (heheh) win con, and his downside is that after you pass the turn somebody just lightning bolts him. Athreos makes them either pay life for that, or just gives him back to you to cast and bash with once again.

Oh! And one last one: maybe try out the cycling lands from Amonkhet over the Nomad Outposts. Canyon Slough comes into play tapped all the time as well, but if it ends up as just a dead land, you can always cash it in for some card draw in the late game.

I just want to point out that your sideboard is 25 cards. I'd probably cut the Sin Collectors, as they're generally way too slow for Modern, the Slagstorms, (Anger of the Gods is better), and probably the Despises as well.

thanks, I was just adding stuff to the sideboard without thinking haha. Added Anger of the Gods to the sideboard and removed the Sin Collectors. However I think Despise is a good side option if the opponent has a creature oriented deck, so I'll keep it for now. Thanks for the support!

This is a burn deck bro and where's the fetch lands and shocks? You used standard lands. Like YoshikawaYusuke said Waste Not needs to go into your trash bin and more burn and control cards. Suggestions for burn: Silence, Sorin, Grim Nemesis, and maybe Nahiri, the Harbinger or Huatli, Warrior Poet for burn and control

HackSlice, thanks for the feedback, but I think you got the wrong idea about the deck. This is not a burn deck, it's more like a midrange/control stuff. I do not run Thoughtseize or fetches/shocks because my budget is not that great and I'm trying to make this deck as cheap and functional as possible. As for the PW suggestions, I really liked them, specially Huatli, Warrior Poet and I'll try to find a place for her. Thanks!
