Remove the Jaces to get the budgeted version.

What dis do?.

Begin with shapeing up your hand and attemt to discard as many Temporal Trespass or some Treasure Cruise as possible with Jace, Vryn's Prodigy   or Tormenting Voice.

Get Sphinx's Tutelage and/or Chasm Skulker out as soon as possible. After that attemt to make Temporal Trespass into an 11/11 Living Lore for good beats.

Otherwise cast Living Lore targeting Howl of the Horde and attack with it. After combat damage cast the spell and attemt to flashback it with Jace, Vryn's Prodigy   during next mainphase.

This will create a loop of triggers that will stack up several times. Howl of the Horde gives 2 extra copys of it with raidtrigger, createing 4 stacks of extra spells next time you cast an instant or sorcery this turn. During that time you can cast whatever your hearts desire. Like 4 copys of a 1 mana Treasure Cruise with Sphinx's Tutelage out or an 3 mana 4 copy Temporal Trespass .If you use Pyromancer's Goggles on the first copy of it during your second raid mainphase you can get up to 8 stacks of extra spells and so on.

Chasm Skulker can win this game on its own sometimes but otherwise its for boardcontroll and raidtriggers.

Silly dream senario:

With Jace, Vryn's Prodigy   and Generator Servant shinanigans and endless mana you can get up to 9 (512 Howl of the Horde triggers)

Combat -> 4 Living Lore with Howl of the Horde in them, cast all of them (16 triggers) then flashback one with Jace, Vryn's Prodigy   flipped version useing Pyromancer's Goggles and gain 6 stacks, use the other Jace, Vryn's Prodigy   that allready was on the board and flip it to give 7 stacks. Cast 2 more Jace, Vryn's Prodigy   with Generator Servant to give the final 9 stacks.
