Edit: Going for a more Corey Burkhart/Owen Turtenwald kind of grixis control deck.

Sacrifice Alchemist's Apprentice or Viscera Seer to cast Bone Picker early. Rest is self explanatory I think, the hexmage removes counters from The Thing in the Ice   , Skaab Ruinator comes in lategame.
Edit: Alchemist's Apprentice out, Snapcaster Mage in. Viscera Seer out Terminate and Kolaghan's Command in.
