Sideboard

Maybeboard

Semi-aggro deck focusing on optimizing Stitcher's Graft. The strat is fairly simple, using vigilance-creatures to circumvent the attack-penalty and Sigarda's Aid to be enable flash-casting it.

Nissa gives us a few mid-late game options: A potent blocker, recycling and the best of all, permanent landfall trigger that let's you draw cards. Whenever flooded with lands, you can now draw even more lands! But in all seriousness...

Naturally, there are a few synergistic choices here:

So far the deck has worked well against control and other creature based strategies (RW-vehicles, other Bant-decks...). It's Achilles' heel is definitely reanimator, so some sideboarding is required there.

As it is a work in progress, suggestions to improve it are welcome.

So, after being discontent with how Eddytrail Hawk and Aetherstorm Roc had underperformed initially, I tried swapping in some alternative cards in their place. Turns out that wasn't necessary, as I lost quite too much damage-dealing potential there. Left them in and took the deck to a GPT for funsies (basically the deck I wanted to play was still under construction), where I went 2-2-1.

Still strong, but needs that tweaking. DEFINITELY some removal on that part. With some Declaration in Stone mainboarded, at least the reanimator matchup might go a little smoother.
