Here is my take on Pauper Angels (I have a WU version also). It does pretty well over all and does win a decent number of games.

Less budget friendly cards that can improve the deck: Unmake, Prismatic Strands, and Dawn Charm

Goal: Gain alot of life to take advantage of Survival Cache for card draw and use the removal package to control the board to allow angels to get the win.

Side note: There are not alot of angels to choose from in pauper.
