This is a version of the Esper control deck. It hopes to use Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper to create an army of lands to kill the opponent.

The key parts of the deck:Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper is a value engine, giving us a land creature every time we cast a spell.

Fumigate and Planar Outburst are the sweepers in the deck, and Planar Outburst crucially doesn't kill land creatures from our Noyan Dar.
