Storm all day.

Essentially I wanted to have a decent counter-spell package to get me to the point where I can storm off, with erratic cyclops as an alternate win con. Risk factor will definitely be added to the deck. I'm honestly not sure if I should just pull the storm angle and just make a full out Izzet control deck with either burn or the new Ral planeswalker as the win con. Please let me know what you think, any suggestions are super helpful.
